Jason was a great realtor. He is a go-getter and works very hard to make the entire searching/buying process easy. We first met him when we moved to Baltimore, and were looking for a rental property. Once we decided to purchase a home, there was no question that we would continue to use him. We have referred him to anyone we meet who is looking to rent or buy in the Baltimore area. A true professional!

Rebecca was our main Real Estate agent, but it was very convenient that she worked closely with her son, Jason. When we could only go out to see a dream house on a Friday after work, and Rebecca was already booked, Jason came. They worked well together as a team, and communicated easily with each other. We were first-time home buyers, and knew literally NOTHING about the process. Rebecca took her time to explain everything to us. When we walked into Ryans Homes to talk with them, we knew she was good because she was challenging him about all of these Real Estate things that we knew nothing about. When we walked into a house, she was able to give us feedback about the pros and cons of the house immediately (ie, I remember her walking across a floor once, noticing a creek in the floor, and telling us possible causes and how that would affect us as homeowners). She educated us on things to consider, without being biased. She never said that she thought we should or should not go with a house, but only compared it to houses that we've seen before, and the "ideal" image of our future home. We have closed on our house now, and are slowly moving in, with our big move-in date in the next 2 weeks. Everyone that we take there is so impressed with the house. This was a situation where the Rebecca/Jason team was critical to getting the deal. House went on the market Thursday, we found it that night, asked for an appointment Friday after work. Jason met with us Friday, we LOVED it, and were at the stage that we were ready to put an offer in - actually had put an offer in the week prior that fell through (thank goodness, we would have missed out on this one!). We spoke with Rebecca on the phone on Friday and Saturday morning, put the offer in Saturday morning knowing there was an open house Saturday afternoon, and negotiated the accepted offer Sunday morning. We did the inspection with Jason present. When we did the walk-through just prior to closing and had concerns, we got a second inspection, and it couldn't have gone better. Rebecca knew how to ask the right questions, and ensure that we were walking into a good situation. Rebecca was referred to me by a friend, and I would not hesitate to refer her to any of my family or friends. Jason was great. We also received great help from some others on their team, and everyone treated us like we were their clients, with full communication to Rebecca about our experiences. Buying a house, especially for the first time, is scary - Rebecca, Jason, and the team made the process enjoyable, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
