Jason and Rebecca did the best job possible making a potentially enormously stressful situation as pleasant, calm, and smooth as possible. To sell a house currently occupied by a family of 5 with 3 small children and two dogs presents all kinds of challenges that we could not have predicted but were adeptly addressed by a very professional team. Both Jason and Rebecca were very cognizant of the limitations we had to show the house, prepare it, and perform all the nuances necessary for a successful sale, all the while managing a chaotic life with the kids at home. They kept us updated constantly (without being intrusive) and walked us through all the steps from the listing to the closing. Most of all we appreciated their calm reassurance and support and felt we had the best representation possible throughout the process. We could not recommend them more highly.
