Rachael Altemose is someone who I would highly recommend for several reasons. She works hard, is committed, has integrity, cares, is honest, and is willing to do what most Agents would not care to undertake. I speak from personal experience. She has a wonderful working knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and market. I had a very difficult experience over the course of the past 5 years with a "Rental Property" that my wife and I attempted as an out-of-state property owner. One thing we learned over those years was that most people don't care about your property like you do. They only want to fill your property with a person so that they income begins to flow and they can get paid, regardless of how the property is taken care of, or how the tenants fulfill their obligations. We were very misled and hurt financially over that time. While there is a great deal of work to improve the lack of integrity and honesty in the rental/real estate business, we found out there are a few individuals which are honest and still care. We are truly thankful that the Lord brought Rachael into our lives when He did. She rolled up her sleeves and went to work when we had no hope, and were adding financial loss upon loss. She truly gave us a ray of hope and recognized the need for us to have the property sold and be released from this burden. She was helpful, stepping in and visiting the property, meeting with us, and calling vendors to help oversee the cleanup of the property. She helped us with communication with the PM and also worked to get the property in a marketable position. Once marketed, as difficult as it was, she continued to make every effort to ensure everything possible was being done to keep the property visible. In addition, she went so far as to make contacts with potential contractors so that we could market property cost effectively and in a timely fashion. Eventually, Rachael would even offer to give up the rights to marketing property if we felt someone else might be a better option. My wife and I are truly grateful the Lord brought Rachael and all her encouragement and positive qualities into our lives. At the right time, the Lord brought several offers and Rachael was able to work the best offer possible. We have recently sold the property and are so thankful and in a sense overwhelmed at what the Lord has done selling this house in what seemed almost impossible. Thank you Rachael for your kindness, diligence, integrity, hard work, and caring concern for us. We have grown to appreciate you for more than being a Real Estate Agent but for being a friend who truly cares. We will always support you and thank the Lord for you.

I was a first-time home buyer and Rachael walked me through the process step-by-step from the start. My home was also new construction, so she knew to ask the right questions of the builder on building materials and structural aspects of the home. All things I would not have thought to ask. She was always easy to get a hold of whether by phone or email. Rachael made the stressful process of buying and building a home easy!
