Rachael *knows* houses, which makes the house hunting process much less stressful! While I was busy fawning over unusual details, Rachael was in the attic/basement/yard getting into the nitty gritty that would inevitably tell us if the house was going to be a problem child or a real contender. She is always making herself available for questions and moments of panic, and she does a great job of listening to your concerns and keeping them in mind throughout the process. I am now the owner of a beautiful house that stayed within my budget. I highly recommend Rachael!

Jason and Rebecca are both extremely good listeners. They heard what I wanted and needed. Working mostly with Jason on this transaction I found him to be even keeled, extremely easy to talk to, thoughtful yet subtly aggressive, and firm. He was willing to take on any task, phone call, or contact that needed to be made. He was very generous with his time and both Rebecca and Jason know terrific, experienced, and knowledgeable contractors and engineers that I used for the Home Inspection work. Jason kept me apprised of every step in his attempts to sell the house, during the negotiations and after we received a contract. He checked in with me frequently to let me know what was happening, what needed to happen, and what my role was in accomplishing the same. Rebecca and Jason are an awesome team! Jason was very helpful in guiding us through the process of buying our first home. He was always responsive when we had questions or concerns and did an excellent job of explaining things to us along the way. He was also very helpful at making the process as easy as possible for us as far as recommending service providers where necessary and working to keep things moving and hitting deadlines.
