My partner and I were first-time home buyers, and with that came much anxiety and the need to have a realtor who would help us navigate the complex home buying process. We ended up choosing to put an offer on a short sale home, which in itself, posed many logistic challenges which Rachael helped us navigate marvelously. Closing took longer since it was a short sale, but she kept us reassured the entire time while working behind scenes to make sure all the deadlines were met by all parties involved. Rachael was my first call when I started the process of buying a home and she made the process so much easier. She does a great job of breaking down the process (which can seem really overwhelming at first!) into pieces and taking time to walk you through step by step. Her professional relationships in the area were also incredibly helpful. At every step of the way she was able to recommend someone and everyone that she recommended also did a fantastic job. Additionally, Rachael really goes above and beyond to do things on a schedule that is workable for you, which was really important for me as I had just started a new job and didn't have a lot of flexibility.
