I say without exaggerating that Jason is the best real estate broker that we have ever worked with.
In fact, we had used Jason to buy our Condo in 2014. He did a brilliant job then — great ethics, great service, highly professional, and very savvy about the market/negotiation.
But while Baltimore is an easy market in which to BUY a home (or he made it seem easy to us!), it is not an easy a market in which to SELL — especially condos. So we actually interviewed many of the key brokers about selling our downtown Baltimore condo.
We ultimately chose to work with Jason again. My instinct was that this was too important a transaction to go with someone not 100% trustworthy, dedicated, professional, and savvy.
We could not be happier with our choice to use Jason rather than the others. My family would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Baltimore area.
He demonstrated the highest ethical standards. I truly think that he represented MY family’s interests in the transaction, even if it meant a more time-consuming transaction, or more complexity for himself.
He and his team were true full-service. They handled all of the details, including staging, inspections, repairs, and special requests. This was vital, because we simply were not there.
He was extremely professional. We are New Yorkers, with lots of (good) opinions and (valid) concerns, and he did a wonderful job patiently listening, and then ultimately giving us sound advice. Because he listened, we listened, and we made smarter decisions.
Finally, and importantly, it was ultimately JASON’s network of BUYERS that resulted in our getting an offer and sales price that was my goal.

Jason and his team made selling my house as easy as possible! They were pleasant and very responsive to communicate with. I highly recommend working with them! We were in a competitive market and still went under contract very quickly. Jason was very helpful in walking me through taking care of some maintenance issues that came up during the home inspection. I was selling during a busy period at work and it was really nice to be able to trust that Jason and his team were handling the details regarding the sale so that I could mostly focus on work. Again, definitely your best choice for realtors!
