Under contract in less than a month during a global pandemic!
Could not be more impressed with The Jason Perlow Team! My wife and I worked closely with both Jason and Rachael Altemose from the team to sell our home in Baltimore City this Spring. We needed to sell quickly and relocate for a new career opportunity, but were up against declining area property values and a global pandemic. Despite all of that, and some other surprises along the way, The Perlow Team had the house under contract in less than a month and guided us through the rest of the process to final sale.
The team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process - from staging and listing, to showing the property, to negotiating a sale price, to all the stages of the contract and final closing. Along the way I ran into some trouble with local historical architectural guideline violations that I had unknowingly inherited when I purchased the home. The Team guided me through all of my options for resolving this, and worked out the final arrangement with the historical society and the buyer.
The Perlow Team also has an extensive network of trustworthy contractors, which I took advantage of as I had begun a new job and did not have time to find someone to perform some work following the homeowner's inspection. Anything I needed, the team had, and they were cheerful and positive throughout the whole process.
