Meet Terry Reamer

Born and raised in the Pikesville area of Baltimore County, Terry and her husband have been residents of Canton in downtown Baltimore for the past twelve years. Terry grew up with intimate exposure to the real estate industry: her mother was a successful realtor with her own brokerage from the 1970s through the late 1990s, and her father invested in commercial real estate. With an innate appreciation for the industry, it was natural for Terry to choose real estate following her parents’ career paths. She has had her real estate license since 2002 and is also a real estate investor owning 12 rental properties which she personally manages. Terry has aligned with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty to join the Perlow Team. Interests outside of her work include working out at the gym, walking outside when the weather is nice, yoga, and skiing. She loves music and going to concerts and festivals. Terry also spends time visiting daily with her 95-year-old mother
