Meet Rachael Altemose

As the Listing and Design Coordinator, I handle every aspect of preparing properties for sale. This is includes staging recommendations, cosmetic updates, any repairs to the home, simplifying and neutralizing, art placement, and any curb appeal items. I take pride in my approachability, my gift of being a great listener and my ability to educate clients conscientiously and objectively.

I have been a licensed Realtor for 20 years and consider myself well educated in both the architectural and building history of Baltimore-area homes. I can provide information and observations of a home to Buyers that many agents may not be able to. I stay on top of the current market, home design and "green" trends that can be of additional value to our Sellers when preparing their home for sale.
