After going through two other agents and approximately 120 days on the market, getting many showings, but no offers, we switched to Rebecca and Jason. We were under contract in under a week. The Perlow team has an extensive network of relationships in the real estate world, which I feel got us closed. Their photographs, brochure, and online presence were spectacular. We first met Jason when we contacted him to show us a property he was representing. The first thing that really impressed about Jason was that he wanted to fully understand our needs as buyers. He didn’t rush to show us the property; instead he took his time to get to know us, and what we were looking for in a home. We had interacted with a few realtors in the area and Jason was the first one who took the time to really listen us. Jason was much better than other realtors we had dealt with when it came to recommending homes we may be interested in. Jason actually recommended the home we ended up purchasing before it even went on the market. He was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the negotiation and closing process. There were even multiple repair requests, which Jason handled with ease. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Jason as a realtor and we will certainly be using him in the future.
